Terms & Conditions

ORDER:

Orders must be placed 2-3 days before delivery date.  Pick-up locations must be selected on the Fresh Aloha Direct Website.  Delivery will only be made on the designated pick-up date. For any special request please note in the "Notes and Special Requests" section or contact us at 808-677-1656.

NO PICK UP or MISSED PICK UP:

Customers assume all responsibility for any orders that are not picked up or missed.  Due to the nature of the designated pick-up site, locations are not able to hold the personal produce boxes for more than the designated pick-up hours.  If members are not able to pick up their personal produce box at the selected pick-up location the box gets forfeited or donated to Hawaii Foodbank.  Fresh Aloha Direct allows members to put their existing orders on hold if done at least 48 hours BEFORE delivery. Arrangements can also be made to allow for a friend/relative to pick up your order by calling 808-677-1656.  

CANCELLATION:

Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance before delivery date.  Otherwise order will be processed on its regular schedule and no refund will be applied.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Produce is highly perishable and requires proper storage and handling. Customers have a 24-hour time period to return personal produce boxes to the drop-site location where they picked it up from. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and obtain authorization for a return before bringing it to the drop site. After 24 hours from delivery time there is no refund or return accepted.  

Customers assume all responsibility for any orders that are not picked up or missed.  No refund will be given for no pick-up or missed orders.

COUPON CODES & GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Only official FAD coupon codes & gift certificates will be accepted on FAD order page. Codes or certificates must be used before expiration date indicated on partner websites or printed certificates.  No extension will be given past the expiration date.  Coupon codes and gift certificates are not redeemable for cash value.

 

WRONG ORDER:

Members must notify the drop site coordinator within 24 hours of delivery if a wrong order is received. A correct order box will be ready to pick up at site 24 hours after notification has been communicated.

PRODUCE AVAILABILITY

Availability for each produce item may be subject to change without notification based on weather conditions and/or seasonal changes. However, if a particular item is unavailable in the personal produce box it will be substituted for the next most comparable item.
