Spicy Eggplant

Light, quick and delicious

Ingredients:

 

4 PCS

Aloun Farms Long Eggplant, sliced thin

4 TBSP

Vegetable Oil

2 cloves

Garlic

1 tsp

Dashi no Moto

5 Tbsp

Shoyu

1 Tbsp

Sugar

½ tsp

Ginger, grated

 

Cayenne or dried chili pepper or Sambol sauce (your choic

Directions:

  1.  Wash eggplant slices in salted water and drain.                        

  2. Fry all ingredients in hot oil. 

  3.  Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Serve Hot.
